Visions/dreams that come true, within the framework of realistic fiction, would seem to fall best under Consciousness or perhaps quantum entanglement. The two in fact could work hand-in-hand, two sides of the same coin.
I wouldn’t say time being a linear line is a physical law. It’s more of an experiential reality than a law. Truth is, scientifically speaking, we don’t know the full breadth of time, if it’s more than our experience or not. Which leads to many possibilities in fiction, but if we want to stay within a science- based fiction, and not pure fantasy, supernatural intervention, super-powered abilities, or other non-scientific explanations, then it behooves us to explore theories and build from them into something that could conceivably be true.
And I love fantasy! So if that’s your approach, kindly ignore this.
What about a person's abilities to say see the future in dreams or visions? Doesn't this break the laws of time being a single line? 🤔
