I enjoy satires that poke fun at bureaucracy, and this one does it well. Very good.
Loved this story. Beautifully written. 'Then it hit her: she would have to lie whole-heartedly.' perfectly said. it's what made an otherwise heart wrenching story, humourous. Congratulations!
